Water sampling, including for legionella, should be carried out where there is doubt about the efficacy of the control regime or it is known that recommended temperatures, disinfectant concentrations or other precautions are not being consistently achieved throughout the system.

Routine water sampling may also be carried out in high-risk areas or where there is a population with increased susceptibility, eg in healthcare premises including care homes.

H2o use UKAS accredited laboratories for all water sampling testing and can provide detailed interpretation of all results.

As well as monitoring water systems for legionella H2o provide routine testing of biocide concentrations at sites that have continuous chemical dosing systems. H2o can monitor chlorine, chlorine dioxide and peroxide levels in water systems using our calibrated photometers.

We also undertake routine testing of outdoor water features and vehicle wash supply tanks.
