General Data Protection Regulations
As you may be aware, General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) will apply in the UK on and from 25th May 2018. The GDPR introduces changes to the UK`s data protection regimes and as a client of H2o Legionella Control Services, information received about you will be processed and stored.
This personal data will be held solely for the purposes of performing our duties as Legionella Control Specialists. From time to time, certain elements of this information may be provided to other directly interested third parties, where we are lawfully permitted to do so, and where such disclosure is made by us to meet our obligations as legionella control contractors.
You have a right of access to personal information held by this company about you. You may correct factual errors in such information by sending a request to us that credibly shows the error.
